Hat Trick in a Calcutta Cup Game to equal OA Cyril Lowe's record

Congratulations to England on their victory in the Calcutta Cup and securing the Six Nations in a 61-21 victory.

During the game Jonathan Joseph secured a hat trick, an extremely rare feat in a Calcutta Cup game being managed for only the fourth occasion. The original Calcutta Cup hat trick was scored by Cyril Lowe an Old Alleynian in the 1914 Five Nations in a much closer game with a 16-15 score line.

Joseph also becomes only the 9th player to record multiple hat-tricks for England. A list that includes two OAs, the aforementioned Cyril Lowe and also this year's Annual Dinner Chairman Nick Easter.
